At Goocha, we are committed to creating a safe and respectful environment for all our users. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). This policy outlines our stance and the measures we take to prevent and address CSAE on our platform.

1. Definitions

Child: Any individual under the age of 18.

Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) refers to activities that sexually exploit, abuse, or endanger children, including but not limited to:

  • Grooming a child for sexual exploitation

  • Sextorting a child

  • Trafficking a child for sexual purposes

  • Sharing, producing, or promoting Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

2. Prohibited Actions

We strictly prohibit the following actions on our platform:

  • Content Involving Minors: Any content that depicts, promotes, or threatens sexual violence or exploitation of minors, including CSAM.

  • Inappropriate Interactions: Grooming behaviors, sextortion, or any inappropriate contact with minors.

  • Trafficking: Advertising, soliciting, or facilitating the trafficking of children for sexual purposes.

  • Harmful Content: Anything that promotes self-harm, suicide, or physical harm toward minors.

3. Reporting Mechanisms

Users can report CSAE violations through:

  • In-App Reporting: Use the “Report” feature within the Goocha app.

  • Email: Send reports or concerns to [insert contact email].

All reports are taken seriously, reviewed promptly, and escalated to law enforcement when required.

4. Prevention Measures

To uphold this policy, we implement:

  • Age Verification: Technologies to restrict access to age-inappropriate content.

  • Content Monitoring: Automated tools and moderators working together to detect and remove CSAE content.

  • User Education: Providing users with information about online safety and how to protect minors.


5. Legal Compliance

Goocha complies with all child protection laws and works with organizations like the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) to report and act on CSAE-related incidents.

6. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

  • Content removal

  • Account suspension or termination

  • Reporting to law enforcement agencies
